Quality & Reliability

Binhendi works closely with Texas Instruments to ensure quality and to deliver reliable products to our valued customers. We are committed to continuously improving our products and process technologies and putting continuous efforts in being a Digital centric organization.
To accurately assess the reliability of TI’s products, we use accelerated stress test conditions during qualification testing and clearance. These test conditions are carefully chosen to accelerate the failure mechanisms that are expected to occur under normal use conditions. Accelerated stress testing is used to provide estimates of component reliability performance under use conditions and to assist in identifying opportunities for improving the reliability performance of the component.

Certifications

All TI factories are undergoing IATF recertification audits in 2021 in alignment with IATF rules and IATF COVID-19 official guidance. New certificates will be available 120 days after each site’s audit per the IATF 5th Ed Rules. The official IATF database accurately indicates the current IATF certification status for all TI factories.

TI sites have been International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) certified since 1996, underscoring the company’s commitment to meeting the highest quality standards. Many of our sites are also ISO/IATF 16949 certified to meet the ISO/IATF 16949 international quality system standard specifically formulated to ensure quality for the global automotive industry. In addition, all TI manufacturing sites have achieved ISO 45001 certification for occupational safety and health.
